Creative Soul Retreat: A Day of Relaxation & Expression

Join us for a deeply nourishing and creative experience, where we start the day with a beautiful cacao ceremony—a moment to land, open our hearts, and set our intentions (optional, tea is also available).

Next, surrender into a state of deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep. This guided meditation will help you unwind, access your subconscious, and awaken your creative flow.

From this space of inner stillness, we transition into the creative part of the journey, where you’ll intuitively create your own unique mandala—a reflection of your inner world. No drawing experience is needed; you will be guided step by step through the process. You’ll have access to a variety of materials such as chalk, watercolor, and colored pencils, allowing you to explore what resonates with you and how different materials connect with your emotions. To complete your artwork, gold leaf will be available to add a magical touch.

We close this beautiful gathering with a simple, nourishing lunch, sharing reflections and connection. You’ll leave not only with a self-made mandala but also with a recharged spirit
