❄️ DAY #1: FEAR ~ The Alchemy of the Shadow
Few things manifest faster than fearful projections.
When fear runs unconsciously, it multiplies, shaping perception, behavior, and self-fulfilling realities.
Through embodiment and meditation, your emotions are allowed to move freely through your system, without resistance and without attachment.
Rather than trying to fix fear, you become curious about its intelligence.
You may meet inner parts drawn to:
- thrill
- intensity
- taboo
- fear
- confrontation
Instead of suppressing these impulses, you create conscious space for them as a natural impulse of life.
Together with your group, you might choose to:
- give form to fear or grief through a healing scene
- allow a long-hidden part to be seen and witnessed
- reclaim agency through dominance, containment, or power
These explorations are not about pleasure fulfillment, though pleasure is welcome.
They are used deliberately as self-development tools with attunement to each other.
❤️🔥 - - DESIRE --
And then… we arrive at the soft medicine of Desire.
We reclaim the part of us that still dares to dream, that remembers how to want — untouched by fear or shame.
Through a Heart Ritual, we open to the full spectrum of longing. Speaking aloud everything we could possibly want.
This is where we reclaim the Dreamer, the innocence of need, the purity of desire.
From there, we bridge Heart and sexual energy, weaving love and eros together.
If you wish, you may receive support in an optional energetic ritual of sexual healing - held with safety, reverence, and care.

The final day is all about tapping into the force of your Soul's mission, taking the lens of "everything that ever happened has a purpose" we explore how we were shaped through hardship and joy. What golden thread weaves through it all?
