Beautiful beings,

I am offering a wonderful afternoon Healing Movement & Contact Beyond Contact workshop & Dance Jam Session in Rotterdam!

This (beginners) workshop is for you if you have danced a few times before-
Ecstatic dance, contact dance etc.

We will move through energetic layers within ourselves;
- Connect to our life-source energy
- to others and
- eventually to our external environment.

I will guide you into an embodied meditation, we will practice
moving from our authentic essence and get more clear on our inner leadership.

The workshop will offer you more clarity in how and why you move,
energetically and physically. You will be will able to apply some basic CBC techniques
after the workshop. And of course we will play, have fun and connect with
an amazing group!

Go through the white gate and enter
building with nr 37, inside it’s the first door on the right.

Bring a water bottle, some lunch and a comfortable dance outfit!
I will provide tea.

If possible; Take some time before the workshop for yourself to rest,
make space (energetically & physically) for a new experience
& possibly set your intention.
