About this event

- Qigong and Yin Yoga - to prepare your body for the process
- Breathwork - to start calming your nervous system
- Embodied Vision™ - a deep dive to release a limiting belief that will involve your conscious participation
- Guided Relaxation - to connect with the bliss of your stillness within
- Closing and Celebration
