About this event

Contact Improvisation Jam with Live Music at CLOUD/Danslab

Join us for an inspiring evening of movement and connection! 🌟

Be welcome and experience the joy of Contact/Flow improvisation in an open and welcoming jam session. Jerome and guest will begin with a short guided warmup to ease into the flow, followed by an open jam accompanied by talented live musician Lina Bohn who will bring a magical atmosphere to the dance floor.

Contact Improvisation is a dynamic and creative dance form that invites exploration through physical contact, shared weight, and spontaneous movement. Rooted in trust, awareness, and playful curiosity, it offers a space for dancers of all levels to connect and move together.

CI was pioneered in the 1970s by dancers like Steve Paxton and influenced by artists such as Nancy Stark Smith, emphasizing trust, awareness, and open-ended exploration.

Afterwards we have a Detox Session .
Do you ever feel present but not fully here—like parts of you are out of sync, your energy stuck or scattered? Just like a river, your energy flow needs care, cleansing, and alignment.

If this ring a bell join also us for a Deep Flow Soma Breath session—a powerful detox for your mind, body, and energy. Through guided breathwork and meditation, we’ll unlock stagnation, activate dormant energy centers, and bring balance to your chakras and nadis.

Let’s clear the old, awaken the new, and step into spring with renewed vitality.
