About this event

Welcome to our first Ceremony of 2025 at Gaia Center

We are thrilled to invite you to join us for a special gathering, inspired by Holi, the Hindu festival of colors, which takes place in India on this very day. As we return from our journey to India, we are excited to incorporate the essence of this festive spirit into our ceremony at the Gaia Center.

A Celebration of Joy and Renewal

Holi is a time-honored festival that marks the beginning of spring, symbolizing the triumph of good over evil. It's a celebration that transcends cultural boundaries, inviting people to come together and let go of their worries, just as the colors and water of Holi wash away the past.

In our ceremony, we will weave in some Holi rituals and traditions, infusing our space with its joyful energy. This will be a unique opportunity to experience the essence of this festival, even if you're not familiar with its customs.

Guided Meditation with Mudras and Pranayama

As we move into the heart of the ceremony, Sahil will guide you through a soothing meditation session, incorporating Mudras and Pranayama techniques. He experienced these ancient practises and its benefits at the root while growing up in India. Some of these benefits include:

- Connect with your inner self and calm your mind
- Balance your energy and center yourself
- Release any tension or stress that may have accumulated in your body

Mudras, or hand gestures, are an integral part of yoga and Ayurveda, used to direct the flow of energy in the body. Pranayama, or breath control, is another fundamental aspect of yoga that helps regulate your life force and calm your nervous system.

Sound Healing with Himalayan Bowls

As the meditation comes to a close, Sunny will invite you to experience the profound healing properties of Sound Healing using Himalayan singing bowls. She became a Certified Sound Healer in the mountains of India, after experiencing the personal benefits of its healing properties in the last few years. Himalayan Bowls are ancient instruments that have been used for centuries to balance the body's energy, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.

The vibrations emitted by the bowls will:

- Calm your mind and soothe your emotions
- Reduce physical tension and pain
- Promote a sense of inner peace and connection to your higher self

Join us for a Beautiful Evening

Doors open at 18:00. Come as you are, without any expectations or preconceptions. We invite you to let go of your worries of the week and immerse yourself in the joy and beauty of this exceptional gathering.

After the ceremony, we will have a selection of traditional Indian sweets available for you to enjoy. It will be a wonderful opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and celebrate the start of a new season.

We look forward to sharing this special evening with you!

Warm regards,

Sunny & Sahil
