In the past few years, we’ve worked with many individuals—especially women—growing into leadership positions and stepping into greater visibility. What we’ve learned from our clients is that while their position changes, their inner world often struggles to catch up.
Here’s what they’ve shared:
🗣️ “I know I have the knowledge, the skills, and the power... but sometimes I still feel like that little girl—small, insecure, and incompetent. My whole body wants to hide… and I hate that! Because deep down, I know what I’m capable of.”

These are just a few examples of the many stories we’ve encountered. Often, the challenges show up in disguise—whether as:

* Anxiety and stress in the body
* Fear of being seen or judged
* A constant feeling of comparison and self-doubt

When faced with these challenges, many turn to leadership training programs focused on skills like communication, assertiveness, and conflict resolution. And while these can be helpful, they often only offer temporary relief.

Our leadership journeys don’t start with us. They start with a better look at how we have been shaped by our upbringing, origins, culture, and systems of belonging.
As we grow into leadership, we become more visible—and with that visibility comes a greater sense of exposure.
For many of our clients, this process can be painful, as what was once comfortably hidden—insecurities, patterns, and limitations—now emerges, demanding attention.
THE SYSTEMIC LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
In March we release our Leadership Program which is a dynamic combination of group online processes, meetings in Amsterdam (optional), and individual coaching. You are very welcome to join!
Developing this program, we researched the main difficulties for growing leaders of change, and as a result, we shaped 3 main pillars.

Joanna is a business owner, director of Stichting EnvironMental, and communication & coaching trainer.
She has been specializing in Systemic work and coaching for the last 5 years, with a special focus on Business Coaching and Leadership.
In the last few years, she has been working with 500+ people online and in person, supporting people's growth and empowerment.
👩 Rositsa Vasileva
Rositsa has education in the field of Communication and Marketing. In the last 10 years, she has been supporting corporate clients in their Communication strategies.
She has completed a 3-years certification course on systemic therapy and works actively with people to support their holistic growth and development.
At the moment Rositsa offers Communication & Emotional Intelligence Training programs for businesses.
