Amber Grothe is een ervaren Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) teacher met 4 jaar diepgaande ervaring sinds het afronden van haar CBC-training in Athene in 2022. Ze heeft al jarenlang workshops en retreats gefaciliteerd over de hele wereld, van Guatemala en Mexico tot IJsland, en begeleidt mensen bij het ontdekken van hun eigen kracht en authenticiteit.

Als teacher van CBC richt Amber zich op het creëren van veilige en transformerende ruimtes waarin deelnemers hun lichaam en emoties leren begrijpen en uitdrukken. Ze integreert technieken zoals embodiment, dans, ademwerk en creatieve zelfexpressie, waardoor deelnemers zowel innerlijk als in hun interacties met anderen groeien.
