Onze missie is om jongeren en volwassenen de ongelofelijke kracht te laten ervaren van een overgangsritueel en ze hierdoor een springplank te bieden in hun leven.
We doen dit met VALKA door INITIATIES te organiseren voor verschillende leeftijden.
Voor coaches, trainers, ouders, leerkrachten, ... bieden we ook LEADERSHIP trainingen aan, specifiek gericht op deze Rites of Passage.
Vanuit de COMMUNITY BUILDING trainingen werken we aan jou vaardigheden om een leider te zijn in je eigen community, of dit een bedrijf is, je gezin, sportclub, jeugdbeweging of school. Het is een verrijking in je leven.
