Created by Alma and Anna, The After Mat is a community-led wellness concept in Utrecht bringing together movement, presence and genuine connection.
Our sessions combine Pilates and yoga-inspired movement, followed by time to slow down, enjoy a tea or matcha and connect with the people around you.
We created The After Mat because we love movement, but also believe that some of the best moments happen afterwards - when you stay a little longer, have a conversation, meet someone new and leave feeling better than when you arrived.
Whether you come alone or with a friend, the idea is simple: move your body, take a moment for yourself and be part of a welcoming space where meeting new people feels natural.
