In mijn eigen praktijk bied ik holistische therapie en coaching, geef ik Reiki-cursussen, begeleid ik familie- en organisatieopstellingen, en werk ik als teamcoach. Daarnaast ben ik met veel plezier trainer bij ZoMa-Opleidingen.
Mijn werk draait om verbinding, balans en bewustzijn. Ik ondersteun bij het doorbreken van hardnekkige patronen en overtuigingen, het vinden van de onderliggende oorzaken van klachten, en het ontdekken van persoonlijke kracht. Alles vanuit een holistische visie, waarin hoofd en hart samenkomen.
