Did you purchase tickets through Hipsy but haven't received them? That's unfortunate, and we will provide you with a few solutions on what you could do. If the payment has been deducted from your account, you can at least be sure that your tickets are registered in the system and your participation is known to the event organizer.
Check your spam folder
It's possible that the email with your tickets ended up in your spam folder. So first, check your spam folder.
Create an account
It is possible to create an account on Hipsy. All tickets will be stored there, and you can easily find them later. Previously purchased tickets (with that email address) will also be linked to your account.
Contact Hipsy
Furthermore, it may be that there was a typo in the email address when purchasing the ticket, or for another reason, the ticket was not sent to you.
If the above solutions do not work for you, you can always contact Hipsy, and we will resend the tickets to you.
