By default, we will send you an email when the first ticket is sold and when the event has ended. If you want to be informed more systematically, there are several options available.
For each event, you can set the following notification options:
- No notifications
You will only receive an email when the first ticket is sold and when the event is sold out. - For each ticket sold
You will receive an email immediately for each order of the event. - Daily report
If you have sold at least 1 ticket in a day, we will email you the next morning with an overview of all tickets sold that day.
Go to the dashboard and follow the steps
- Select the event for which you want to set notifications
- Click on the 'Settings' tab
- Click on the 'Ticket Sales' header
- In the 'Ticket Sale Notifications' field, you can make your choice.
Follow real-time sales with the Hipsy Checkin app
Another way to quickly track the ticket sales of your event is with the Hipsy Checkin app. With this smartphone app, you can keep track of your sales in real-time for all your events and view your participant list.
