How do I request a refund?

It is possible to request a refund to a participant. You can use this if, for example, you want to cancel your event and refund everyone or if someone cannot attend and you want to give that person their money back.

How do you do that?

Go to the dashboard and follow the steps
  • Go to Sales
  • Click on the relevant order you want to refund
  • Then click on the green Refund button at the top right
  • Check all the details and choose the amount you want to refund
  • If you have indicated everything correctly, click on Refund

Once the refund has been requested, we will refund the desired amount to the participant on the next payout day.

Note! If you want to cancel an event, don't forget to also make your event invisible (set it to draft mode). This way, the event is no longer visible on the website and you prevent selling more tickets.
