Participants can leave a review after the event if you have set this up as the organizer. They will automatically receive an email after the event inviting them to leave a review. They can choose to give the event 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 hearts and write a piece of text along with it.
If you have received few reviews, you can also send a review reminder to participants starting 3 days after your event.
How do you do that?
Go to the dashboard and follow the steps
- Go to Reviews
- Click on 'Send review reminder'
- Choose the event for which you want to send a reminder
- Adjust the text as desired and click Send
Participants will then receive another email requesting them to write a review.
Note! You can choose whether to receive reviews per event. You can adjust this in the Settings of your event.
