You can only delete an event if you have not sold any tickets for that specific event. If you have already sold tickets, you can only make the event invisible (set it to draft mode).
If you have not sold any tickets:
Go to the dashboard and follow the steps
- Navigate to the event you want to delete.
- Click on the 'Settings' tab.
- There, click on the red button 'Delete Event'. Your event will then be permanently deleted.
If you have already sold tickets:
Go to the dashboard and follow the steps
- Navigate to the event you want to make invisible.
- Click on the 'Settings' tab.
- There, toggle the switch next to 'Event is invisible (draft mode)' on. This will make your event invisible and no more tickets can be purchased.
