It is possible to receive a (VAT) invoice for your purchased tickets. Once you have bought a ticket, you can send a message to the event organization and they can send the invoice to you via their Dashboard.
You can contact the organization by going to the event page of the respective event on Hipsy and then under the tickets, it says 'Contact the organizer'. If you click on that, you can get in touch with the event organization and request your (VAT) invoice.
Also, please include the following information:
- name of the event
- your address details
- and possibly your company name
