Holding space for more presence, truth, openness and curiosity in our connection with ourselves and others
My whole life, I've been called “weird”. I couldn't relate or connect to other kids, my parents wished I would be more like everyone else, and my colleagues seemed to communicate in a language I couldn't quite understand. It created a deep feeling of “wrongness” and the impression that I didn't have the right to exist in this world. I learned to hide the parts of myself that felt too much, too strange, too sensitive or simply different.
Until life showed me that there is nothing wrong with me. Every person is their own - magnificently beautiful and unique - Universe.
That's where my passion for holding space for others comes from. I aim to create supportive, non-judgemental spaces to open our hearts, connect to our truth, and come together in all our human messiness and perfection. An invitation to slow down enough to feel. A reminder that it is safe to be you and to be seen.
I combine elements of Nonviolent Communication, Authentic Relating, meditation and somatic consent with my life-long experience of being human, and a deep desire for presence with others and everything that unfolds.
See my website for other offerings and 1:1 sessions, including Reiki, Human Design and Truffle ceremonies.
