You are warmly welcomed to our 5-day New Moon retreat!
We, Charlotte and Annemieke (Maan_De_Luxe), are filled with creative energy. We move from an intuitive flow, guided by love and transformation. Our grounded, down-to-earth energy works with the self-healing capacities based on the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Our love for self-development, self-discovery, self-healing, self-transformation, and self-liberation, combined with the cosmic and elemental wisdom that supports us in our intuitive flow, makes our collaboration complete. We are grateful to share our energy and knowledge, allowing new light to be created in each participant that can be passed on.

The retreat will take place in a valley between the mountains, 2.5 km from Aljezur, Portugal – a small community and retreat center in nature. During the day, the temperature is comfortably warm by Dutch standards, but it can get quite chilly at night. The yurts are equipped with stoves to keep us warm. The land where our retreat takes place has a magically healing energy. We are grateful to facilitate these five magical days here. The beds will be made up, including towels. Eco-friendly products are a must for groundwater protection, and soap will be provided. You can pack a bag with your toothbrush and clothing; everything else is taken care of. Experience what it’s like to fully be with yourself, free from the distractions of your usual surroundings. We also encourage minimal use of mobile phones to avoid distractions and falling into old patterns during your process...
Here’s how we envision this creation:
✨️ Day 1, Element: Metal
♡ 15:00 - Connecting welcome & find your sleeping spot in one of the shared yurts, a duo yurt, or a solo tent (This choice is included in the ticket via the Hipsy link; you’ll also find the massages available for additional booking in the ticket, which we highly recommend!).
♡ Shared nourishing vegetarian meal, balanced according to the element of the day. Our chef will prepare all meals during the retreat, and there is always fruit available for snacking.
♡ Evening - Breath journey
✨️ Day 2, Element: Water
♡ This day we connect with the beach and, for those who want, the cleansing qualities of the sea
♡ Healing routine (meditation/yoga/self-massage)
♡ Family constellations & inner child. During the retreat, we will spend three days focusing on this, allowing us to dive deep and be each other's witnesses and representatives. Together, we will discover various worlds, experiences, lessons, and transformations within the healing and connective power of the group. During these days, we will become a system aimed at development, healing, relaxation, and self-liberation. We will safeguard the timing, purity of energy, and honest attention for everyone. Everyone is welcome to bring forth a question. We have witnessed many healing constellations. Let the magic unfold!

♡ This day we unite with the energy of the new moon. A ceremony with dance (Movement Medicine) and for those who wish, a magical microdosing experience.

During this 5-day New Moon retreat, you will certainly have the opportunity to get to know (a better version of) yourself through deep relaxation, allowing the transformation process of self-healing to accelerate. We are each other's brothers and sisters, mirrors, equals, and light. During this retreat, we will stay in beautiful shared women’s and men’s yurts.
Enjoy your relaxation during the free afternoons, at the swimming pool, and during a well-deserved sauna evening. The retreat includes food, water, tea, and accommodation in shared yurts. We have a space for a duo; if this is desired, please email us for possibilities or with other questions. If you wish to sleep in your own tent or camper on-site, that is possible – just let us know in advance. If you have any other requests or questions, feel free to get in touch with us.
There are limited spots available for the massage option, which will be provided by two angelic women who live in the community where our retreat takes place.
