Despite its name, this is not a sexy experience, dating event, or space for creating sexual encounters. Instead, we use Slow Sex and Voice Dialogue as tools to explore what happens inside us when we meet ourselves and others.
We believe sexual energy is much more than what most of us have been taught. For us, sex means sacred energy exchange—life force, creativity, desire, connection, vulnerability, and presence.
By slowing down, we can begin to feel what is actually moving inside us: our desires, boundaries, fears, patterns, inner voices, and genuine yeses and nos.

Voice Dialogue & our inner voices
Slow, embodied awareness
Desire, boundaries & consent
Intimacy beyond performance
Touch, breath & presence
Relational patterns and conditioning
Expanding our understanding of sexuality and sexual energy
Connecting without pressure or expectation
Every exercise is an invitation. You remain in choice at all times.
You may stay clothed or undress layer by layer, with underwear always remaining on. There is no genital contact or penetration.
Nothing needs to happen. There is no goal to reach.
We slow down—not to create less, but to feel more.
Come curious. Come open. Come ready to meet yourself.
