What is Forest Bathing?
Forest bathing, or Shinrin-yoku, is the Japanese practice of immersing yourself in the atmosphere of nature. Just as you soak up the warmth of the sun while sunbathing, here you allow the essence and stillness of the landscape to settle within you. It is a slow, meditative way of experiencing the world around you. During our session, I will guide you with gentle invitations to open your senses and quiet the mind. There is no goal to reach and nothing you need to achieve. You may simply be, exactly as you are. Nature does the rest.

Why forest bathing?
Originating in Japan, forest bathing is a scientifically proven method for restorative connection. It invites you to slow down, feel, and find a sense of peace within yourself. The dunes are a beautiful place for this experience.

• Small stools are available for sitting throughout the session.
• I will conclude our journey with forest tea and a small treat, allowing you to gently return from the experience.
• This session takes place under the full moon, a moment of peak illumination and natural completion. The bright energy of the full moon shines a light on our paths, making it the perfect time to clearly see what no longer serves us. It invites us to honor our journey, celebrate our growth, and gently release any burdens, habits, or old stories we are ready to leave behind.
