Feel It All.

An Evening of Emotional Release for Women.

There's so much we hold together as women. So much we contain, soften, adjust, or keep inside.
Over time, this can limit how fully we express. Our anger, our grief, our pleasure, our power.

This evening is an invitation to let it move. To give your body permission to feel and express what's been held back. In a supported women-only space, you'll work with four energies - anger, grief, turn-on, and self-celebration. Through music, movement, and sound. You'll be held and supported throughout, and you participate at your own level. Something will shift, whether you go deep, stay at the edge, or find yourself moved simply by witnessing the women around you.

And you may discover what many women do: that letting it move is not overwhelming. It's regulating. It's freeing.

The evening opens with tea, mingling, and a circle where we land together and walk through what's coming. From there, we move into 45 minutes of release, working through anger, grief, turn-on, and self-celebration, carried by music and held by experienced spaceholders. We close with a meditation, a gentle comedown, and snacks.

This is a women-only space. A space where everything is welcome, nothing is forced, and you are invited to meet yourself exactly where you are.

A space to feel. To express. To come alive in your body. And to celebrate your femininity, in all its forms.

What to bring

• Pillows or foam items to safely hit with
• A larger towel
• Comfortable clothes you can move in
• Optional: something that makes you feel sensual or expressive (like lingerie or layers you can remove)
Water, tea, and comedown snacks will be provided.

Marga Berlinski is an intimacy and relationship coach with over 15 years of experience working with individuals and couples. Her work centers around emotional expression, embodiment, and intimacy. Supporting people to feel more confident, free, and fully expressed in their relationships and in themselves. In her coaching and workshops, she guides people to explore patterns in connection, communicate more honestly, and reconnect with their bodies and emotions as a source of clarity and aliveness. Her approach combines grounded guidance with experiential practices that invite participants out of their heads and into direct experience, creating space for real shifts in how they relate, feel, and express.
