Lieve ziel,

De lente is hier.
Wat ondergronds groeide, wil zich nu tonen.

Ook in jou.

Misschien heb je de afgelopen tijd gevoeld
wat er in jou leeft,
wat wil groeien,
wat dichter bij je waarheid ligt.

Maar nu komt de volgende stap:

Durf je het ook te leven?
Durf je zichtbaar te worden in wie je bent?

Tijdens deze Breathwork & Cacao ceremonie
nodigen we je uit om te zakken in je lichaam
en te belichamen wat al in jou aanwezig is.

Niet om iets nieuws te worden,
maar om ruimte te geven
aan wat er al is.

Van binnen…
naar buiten.

Breng mee: een kussen, deken, warme sokken
en – als je wil – een krachtvoorwerp of schrift.

De lente vraagt niet of je klaar bent.
Ze nodigt je uit om te groeien.
