Contact Beyond Contact - Embodied Connection Series

About this event

Contact Beyond Contact (CBC) is a dance and healing practice that explores deeper layers of Body, Mind, Heart and Spirit.

Blending Contact Improvisation, Authentic Movement, Passing Through, yoga, qi gong and other healing modalities, CBC creates space to experience connection with yourself, with others, and with the world around us beyond words.
CBC invited authentic expression, real connection and transformation through movement, dance and healing practices.

✨ These workshops are for you if you want to…

– feel more at ease and natural when connecting with others
– stop overthinking and be more present in the moment
– express what you want or need with more clarity and confidence
– feel your boundaries more clearly, and communicate them in a way that feels good
– understand your patterns in connection and gently explore new ways of relating
– feel more comfortable in your body instead of being stuck in your head
– experience connection that feels mutual, balanced, and real

You don’t need any dance experience, just an openness to explore something new.
All of this is explored through simple movement and guided exercises, in a safe and supportive space.

You can join each workshop separately, not just as a whole journey.


Each workshop offers a different experience, exploring new themes and ways of connecting through movement. You can join whenever it feels right for you, whether that’s a single session, a few workshops, or the full series of 4 workshops.
Every session includes time to explore, practice, and make the experience your own, so you can move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive.


✨ My experience with CBC

I fell in love with Contact Beyond Contact because it opened a deeper layer of myself, the relational layer.
I had already done quite some inner work through breathwork and other practices, and while they all hold immense value, CBC allowed me to experience myself in connection with others in a way I hadn’t before.

Through this practice, I’ve been learning to:
- Stay true to my yes and my no
- Communicate more clearly and honestly
- Receive rejection without closing off
- Set boundaries and not overgive
- Stay connected to myself while being with others
