Start your Saturday morning calm and grounded with a morning yoga retreat in Den Bosch!
This extended morning invites you to slow down, move with intention, and reconnect with your body and breath. You can join one session or stay for the full experience, creating your own morning retreat 🧘♀️
We begin with a Vinyasa XL (90 min), an energizing and dynamic flow designed to awaken the body, build strength and mobility, and create room to explore movement with awareness. Expect a creative flow including time for pranayama (breathwork).
After a short break with tea, we move into a deeply restful Yin XL (90 min) practice. In this slower session, we lower the pace and hold postures for longer to release deep tension, calm the nervous system, and fully drop into stillness.
Together, these two practices offer a balanced morning of effort and ease, strength and softness, movement and rest.
