When you stop doing it all alone,
you can finally be met.

A 3-month (6 evenings) embodied journey for men who are done doing it alone, ready for heart-opening brotherhood, and want to grow into deeper truth, expression, and heart-led leadership, held by women.

This is for men who are done overthinking, performing, and doing it all alone.

Men who long for real intimacy, but notice that when it gets real, they tighten, go quiet, perform, or pull away.

Men who want more truth.

💜 Why a brotherhood matters

You may be brave enough to do the inner work, but still be doing too much of it alone.

Many men were never taught how to stay with their own needs, emotions, and longing.
So they learned to suppress them, or to look outside themselves for relief, validation, and connection.

And often, relationship becomes the place where they hope to finally receive everything they have been missing.

That is a lot for one relationship to carry.

The Fellowship offers something many men have never truly had: a place with other men where they do not have to perform, compete, or pretend.

A place to soften and let go of the performance, competing, and proving.

A place to be seen.
To be met.
To belong.

Because when shame is shared, it begins to lose its grip.
And when you see you are not the only one, something in you can finally relax.


💜 What makes it unique

Most men’s groups are led by men.
This one is held by women, and that is part of what makes it powerful.

Because intimacy is relational, part of what you receive here is the presence of the feminine, not to perform for, but to be witnessed by, met by, and receive honest reflection from, while also being held in brotherhood with other men beside you.


💜 The journey: 6 evenings over 3 months

Stage 1: The Call to Presence
You start with nervous system regulation, breathwork, and consent-based practices to drop from your head into your body and feel what is truly alive.

Stage 2: The Trial of Truth
Through inner child and shadow work, you meet fear, shame, and the parts you’ve hidden. This is where honesty becomes healing.

Stage 3: The Rite of Connection
In co-regulation, conscious touch, and emotional expression, you begin to trust, soften, and let yourself be seen in brotherhood.

Stage 4: The King’s Reckoning
You reclaim the parts of yourself you thought you had to hide: your longing, your vulnerability, and your heart.

Stage 5: The Temple
A Temple Night where experienced women are invited into the space for sacred practice and embodied relational experience. This is where presence, intimacy, and leadership are practiced in real time, with support, structure, and consent.

Stage 6: The Sovereign’s Return
You integrate what has shifted and begin to carry it into love, brotherhood, and the way you move through life.

I’m Denise, and I guide men from performance into presence, from overthinking and shame into embodied truth and intimacy.

My work brings together somatic practice, trauma-aware facilitation, and relational depth. I don’t just talk about change, I guide men to feel it, move it, and live it in their bodies.
