As the live DJ sets the pace, we guide you through a 1,5-hour session designed to reconnect body and mind.
No experience needed • just bring your energy and an open mind.

After the session, feel free to stay a little longer for a calming sleepy tea, connect with others, and enjoy a special discount deal. It’s all about slowing down, sharing good vibes, and creating real connection.
