somatic (body-oriented) womens workshop

About this event

This is a somatic (body-oriented) workshop to support you to feel more connected to yourself and more alive.

- Do you feel like you walk around with only your head? What would it feel like to also include your body?

- Do you have the feeling you're not fully alive and engaged with life?

- Do you long for more connection, to feel more like you belong here? That there is a place for you.

We will explore these and similar questions together using body-oriented therapy exercises.

My intention is to create a non judgemental space where we feel safe to explore our inner world with curiosity, and to leave the workshop feeling closer to ourselves.

I really welcome you to bring all of you.

No experience necessary. All shapes, sizes, and levels of experience with womens groups and/or working with your body and emotions are warmly welcome.
