💜 Desire Deep Dive — 1:1 Session with Denise Kooij

A 90-minute 1:1 session for men who want to reconnect to what they truly want.

For men who are done overthinking, disconnecting, or chasing outside themselves, and are ready to feel more, trust themselves more, and get back into their body.

Many men have learned only two ways of relating to desire.
They either suppress themselves and disconnect, or they distract themselves by chasing validation, stimulation, and release outside of themselves.

This session offers a third path: the Liberated Lover.
A man who can feel what is happening in his body, know what he wants, and express himself from presence instead of performance.

This session is both a standalone experience and the opening chapter of my Liberated Lover coaching journey.
It is the one time I offer a single session, so you can feel this work from the inside before deciding anything more.


💜 What we do together

We begin by slowing down and landing in the body. Most men feel some nervousness in a first session. That is completely welcome here.

From there, I guide you through body-based questions and exploration to uncover your deeper desire, not the one you think you should have, but the one that is actually alive in you underneath the noise.

We then move into the 5-Senses Reality Practice, where you bring that desire fully to life in your body and imagination through all five senses. This is both a discovery practice and a manifestation practice. It helps you feel your desire, not just think about it.

Throughout the session, I guide you to:

- Get out of your head and into your body
- Notice what your body is already telling you
- Connect to your desire, boundaries, and truth
- Stay present with what comes up instead of overriding it

We also explore what gets in the way. Because something usually does.
That might be tension, numbness, doubt, fear, shame, sadness, resistance, or confusion.

Together, we work with what is there, so what has been stuck can start to move.

After this session, you will leave with:

- A deeper connection to your real desire
- A felt experience of what embodiment actually means
- More clarity around what you want and what matters to you
- Practical tools to reconnect with yourself
- A clearer sense of what becomes possible when you stop performing and start feeling

When you can feel yourself, you know what you want.
When you know what you want, you can express it.
And when you can express it, people stop relating to your performance and start relating to you.

I’m Denise Kooij, an Intimacy and Embodiment Coach for men.

I guide men who are done with pleasing, performing, and living disconnected from themselves, and who are ready to feel more, trust themselves more, and create deeper intimacy in their lives.

My work is warm, direct, and body-based, rooted in somatic facilitation, shadow work, tantra, and nervous system regulation. I meet you exactly where you are.
