Shamanic Reset & Power Retreat for Women
A week of detox, fasting, rituals, and plant medicine in nature.

Following previous successful editions, we open the space once again from July 24 to July 30 for a special women’s retreat at Finca Alondra.

An intimate silent retreat inviting you to slow down, release, and reconnect with your inner power.

During seven days, you will be held in a field of silence, ritual, and connection. Within a small group of women, space naturally unfolds for deepening, healing, and restoring the connection with your heart and your ancestral lineage.

This week is guided by Mexican healer, MATLAKTLI OME ITZCUINCLI BARBARA who shares the wisdom of traditional plant ceremonies and rituals rooted in her Nahuatl heritage.

The retreat takes place at Finca Alondra, a small-scale retreat location near a beautiful natural reserve in Southern Spain.

Surrounded by mountains, silence, and vast landscapes, this place offers a natural container for inner work. The power of nature supports the process of slowing down, opening, and deepening.

PLANT CEREMONY & MEXICAN WISDOM

During this week, we work with carefully guided rituals and a traditional plant ceremony.

Barbara was initiated by female shamans within the Mexican tradition and carries this knowledge with deep respect and integrity.

The ceremony opens an inner space where you may:
- connect with your heart energy
- release old layers
- receive clarity
- reclaim your feminine power

Alongside the plant ceremony, we work with the four directions, ancestral energy, and rituals that help you find direction and balance in your life.

With her background as a professional harpist, Barbara weaves music, voice, and vibration into the field, creating a safe and deeply held space for self-discovery.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Day 1 – Arrival & Opening
Welcome, introduction to Finca Alondra, and herbal cleansing ceremony.

Day 2 – Connection with Water & Earth
Morning ritual with yoga and ceremony in connection with the elements.

Day 3 – Voice & Expression
Singing and sound healing workshop, reflection, and evening on Mexican goddesses.

Day 4 – Ceremony Day
A day of silence and deepening with the plant ceremony.

Day 5 – Integration in Silence
Silent walk, ritual with the elements, and talking stick session.

Day 6 – Heart Opening
Cacao ceremony, herbal and crystal workshop, and meditation.

Day 7 – Closing & Return Preparation
Reflection, integration, and ceremonial closing.

ABOUT BARBARA CERON

Barbara originates from the Nahuatl lineage in Mexico and is a professional harpist and healer.
She studied at the conservatory in Mexico and The Hague, and speaks Spanish, Dutch, and English.
As a facilitator of plant ceremonies, she guides women in emotional healing and spiritual growth. She was initiated into plant medicine by traditional female shamans and is devoted to preserving Mexican ancestral wisdom.
