It's been a while since we welcomed DJ Jethro! So we are very happy that he is back in our venue!
The ceremony leader this time will be Mendi Hundman, and she shall facilitate the opening with Heartdancing®. A way to connect with yourself first and with others in a playful and authentic way.

ABOUT DJ JETHRO
Jethro Obadja Rahajaan worked for many years as a professional dancer and massage therapist. In 2015 he fell in love with Ecstatic Dance at Club Lite, and soon after he was invited to guide the opening ceremonies at Odessa Amsterdam because of his somatic expertise and his sensitivity in creating the right setting. Despite his great love for dancing—and especially for Ecstatic Dance—it wasn’t until December 2020 that he finally decided to try a DJ controller.
From that moment on, things moved surprisingly fast in his career as an Ecstatic Dance DJ. Before he knew it, he was playing at Ecstatic Dance events all across the Netherlands, and by now he has taken dancers on deep musical journeys throughout much of Europe and Central America.

His background as a dancer helps him tremendously in sensing and “reading” dancers, allowing him to guide them subtly through his distinctive and unique musical journeys. In his DJ sets, he is not afraid to bring both profound depth and powerful peaks, creating richly varied and transformative dance experiences.

His wonderfully unconventional style is characterized by great diversity, with plenty of bass, melodrama, poetry, a wide range of world music influences, humor, and a healthy dose of passion and fire. 🔥🎶

ABOUT MENDI HUNDMAN
Mendi is a woman of nature and dance. She graduated in Heartdancing® training, facilitates a lot of workshops for Iederal, where they connect people with the heart, soul and connecting to nature.
She is a warm personality, and she will lead you joyfully into the dance as a preparation for the Ecstatic.

GUIDELINES
We dance barefoot, no spoken words, without substances like alcohol, weed, drugs, coffee and with respect for each other. We tune into ourselves, and others if we like to dance with someone else.
We leave our clothes on and no photography/video in the dance space. Silence in the hall ways. In our chill out there is space for connecting with words if needed.
Please bring your own water bottle, no open cups in the dance space.

There will be free herbal tea and filtered water (with or without natural flavors).
