Oefeningen in ademhaling (tantrische ademhaling).

Oefeningen in bewuste aanraking (elkaars grenzen verkennen).

Tantrische Massage Praktijk:
Uitleg over masseren met warme olie.
Beurtelings masseren: De focus ligt op het hele lichaam, met volle aandacht en zonder prestatiedrang.
Aandacht voor het 'eren' van de ander.

Afsluiting & Integratie:
Samen stilzijn en de ervaring delen.
Ruimte voor vragen.

Praktische Informatie:
Kleding: Comfortabel, kleding blijft aan tijdens de oefeningen.
Ervaring: Geen ervaring met tantra nodig.

Tantric Massage Practice:
Explanation of massage with warm oil.
Alternating massage: The focus is on the entire body, with full attention and without pressure to perform.

Practical Information:
Clothing: Comfortable, clothing must remain on during the exercises.
