The Sanctuary ~ Spring Celebration

An evening of sound, movement, connection and deep integration

Join us on Saturday May 23rd at De Nieuwe Yogaschool in Amsterdam for a special seasonal gathering of The Sanctuary community.

As spring moves towards summer, this evening is an invitation to reconnect with your body, awaken your senses, and celebrate the beauty of life and togetherness.

Through guided practices and collective experience, we create a warm and nurturing space where people can soften, release, and return to themselves.

What to Expect

The evening unfolds as a full immersive journey designed to move through the body, emotions, and senses.

Together we will experience:

Opening grounding ritual
Pranayama breathwork
1:1 Reiki and gentle body awareness
Guided somatic dance journey
Sound healing with voice and singing bowls
Community connection and integration

You will be supported throughout the evening by experienced space holders creating a safe, welcoming and beautiful environment.

For those who wish, there will be the option to take a light plant medicine microdose at the beginning of the evening. This is entirely optional and always offered with care and respect for individual choice.

Closing & Integration

After the guided experience we transition into a relaxed closing where tea and grounding snacks will be served.

You are also invited to visit The Sanctuary Apothecary, where you can create a small take-home ritual jar using natural ingredients such as salts, flowers, spices and a crystal. A sensory reminder of your intention for the evening.
