This ceremony takes place in Welkom in Het Verre Oosten, a sanctuary for connection and creation in Wijhe, just outside Zwolle. Together, we will hold space to share what’s alive within us. No judgment, no unsolicited advice... just be with what is present.

Raphael Hélion
Raphael is a passionate multi-instrumentalist, composer, and teacher dedicated to creating transformative experiences through sound and resonance. He is known for his transcendent melodies that touch the heart and ease the soul. Originally from Berlin, Raphael has traveled across the world sharing his music in intimate settings and larger gatherings alike. His unique soundscapes invite deep relaxation, presence, and inspiration, creating a powerful atmosphere for inner reflection and connection. Whether performing on stage or in a ceremonial space, Raphael’s music is an experience that stays with you long after the final note.

Evelien Bosch
Evelien is the creative heart of Welkom in Het Verre Oosten. She channels her vibrant energy into facilitating deep connections and heart-opening experiences. She leads women’s circles and tantra workshops where authenticity and empowerment take center stage. In her soundhealing sessions Evelien weaves together the gentle sounds of her handpan with the heartfelt resonance of her voice, creating an immersive and soulsoothing experience. Her warm, nurturing presence invites others to relax, reflect, and connect. Together with her husband Mark, she has created a space where people can recharge and find inspiration.

Mark Gademan
Mark is the grounding force behind Welkom in Het Verre Oosten. With a background in festival production for events like Lowlands and Paaspop, he’s skilled at creating spaces that bring people together. In 2021, he and Evelien turned their dream into reality by transforming a farmhouse into a sanctuary for connection and creation. Mark personally rebuilt much of the space with his own hands, pouring care and intention into every detail. His approach to spirituality is simple and practical: being present and living with awareness. He leads a monthly men’s circle and finds joy in sitting by the fire, creating a safe and welcoming space where the magic of connection can unfold.

Notes About Cacao
Cacao is a gentle, heart-opening plant medicine. It can have both calming and energizing effects, which vary per person and moment but are generally subtle. Don’t worry—this isn’t choco-bliss or anything that will have you seeing unicorns and gnomes ;) it’s more like a warm hug for your heart.

To maximize the effects of cacao, please:
- Avoid eating for 3 hours before the ceremony.
- Refrain from coffee or alcohol for 24 hours before.

Caution:
If you use MAO-based antidepressants, have high blood pressure or heart conditions, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before participating. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions. If you prefer not to drink cacao, that’s absolutely fine. You can simply enjoy being in the space and soak in the magic of the sound bath.

Cancellation Policy
♡ If you cannot attend, your ticket is non-refundable but may be transferred to someone else. Just let us know the name of the new participant.
♡ If the event is rescheduled due to national measures or unforeseen circumstances, you can choose to keep your registration or request a refund.
