Iedere maand op zondag, geef ik een Contact Beyond Contact Workshop & Dance Jam Session in Rotterdam 🤍

Deze workshop is voor jou als je al een paar keer hebt gedanst, bijvoorbeeld Ecstatic Dance, Contact Dance, etc. 🕊️

Bij Contact Beyond Contact bewegen we door energetische lagen in onszelf:

✨ Verbinden met anderen
✨ Verbinden met onze omgeving

Ik begeleid je in een belichaamde meditatie, we oefenen bewegen vanuit onze authentieke essentie en creëren meer helderheid over onze innerlijke bewegingen 🌿

De workshop biedt je meer inzicht in hoe en waarom je beweegt, zowel energetisch als fysiek 🌊
Je leert ook enkele basis CBC-technieken die je na de workshop kunt toepassen.
En natuurlijk we gaan spelen, bewegen en verbinden met een fijne groep mededansers 🤍

Dear dancer 🌿,

Every month on Sunday, I offer a Contact Beyond Contact Workshop & Dance Jam Session in Rotterdam 🤍

This workshop is for you if you have danced a few times before — for example, Ecstatic Dance, Contact Dance, etc. 🕊️

In Contact Beyond Contact, we move through energetic layers within ourselves:

✨ Connecting with our life-force energy
✨ Connecting with others
✨ Connecting with our surroundings

I will guide you into an embodied meditation, we will practice moving from our authentic essence, and create more clarity around our inner movements 🌿

The workshop will give you insight into how and why you move, both energetically and physically 🌊
You will also learn some basic CBC techniques that you can apply after the workshop.
And of course — we will play, move, and connect with a lovely group of fellow dancers 🤍
