Transition into Spring and join us for Sonic Drawing: an Intuitive Art & Sound Journey.
Remember when you were a child and could draw without judgement or worry? What if you could tap into that freedom again and unleash your creativity?
This unique workshop combines sound healing and intuitive art to calm your mind, discover your inner voice and find creative expression.
🌿 What to Expect:
Opening Circle
We begin with grounding and intention-setting, followed by an authentic relating exercise guided by Mariella. Sofia then introduces the practice of intuitive drawing — a space to draw freely, without judgment.
🎵 1-Hour Guided Sound Journey
Sink into soothing vibrations from singing bowls, native flute, ocean drum, and more. This immersive soundscape relaxes your nervous system and helps you shift from thinking to feeling.
🎨 Intuitive Drawing
Respond to the sound through spontaneous mark-making and expressive drawing. Let go of perfection — this is about flow, not form.
✨ Closing Circle & Reflection
Ease back into the space with a chance to share your experience and view each other's artwork in an open gallery. Ground yourself with gentle reflection and connection.
Never tried sound healing before? Haven't made a drawing since childhood? No problem, all you need is curiosity and an open heart.

🌸Who are we and why are we doing this?
We are Mariella (Supernovawmn) and Sofia (Passiflora Cave)— two practitioners brought together by our shared passion for sound healing and art. Together, we aim to create a space where others can experience the magic of a sound journey, spiritual embodiment and creative expression.
Mariella is a multidisciplinary practitioner with a background in law, innovation, and activism. In Utrecht she’s active as a yoga and sound teacher and currently offers 1:1 Somatics and Sound sessions, a blend of somatic experiencing (SE) (beginner level) and sound healing. Sofia is an artist, teacher and sound healer. She hosts regular workshops in Utrecht, including linoprinting, basketmaking and drawing.
