A warm welcome!

This is a safe space for you to land in yourself. Come as you are, lie down, close your eyes, and allow yourself to be gently guided inwards. This is a ceremony for observing, accepting and letting go. A moment to stay fully present with yourself and everything you are carrying, with curiosity and compassion.

What unfolds during the journey, is up to you. I'm here to give you a safe space to ground and explore your inner world. To get to know the parts of you that have been longing to be seen or heard by you.

Why do I want to bring you this space?
Because when we have that inner clarity, we start to experience so much peace and calm. I am speaking from my personal experience, and I would really like to share this to you.

🌿 If you've felt pushed and pulled in different directions, I'm offering you a space to slow down and ground.

🌿 If you've been feeling tense, stressed, or tired, I'm offering you a space to soften and rest.

This is a gentle, healing space. A space to rejuvenate the soul and nurture a healthier self-relationship. As a musician, I channel my energy through music. I play with the flow, feeling what's alive in the moment. I also bring in my experience as a parts-work facilitator and a trauma sensitive coach and counsellor, guiding people gently inwards to meet their parts with compassion and openness.

I warmly invite you, to this relaxing evening, where all you have to do is show up, and let the rest unfold naturally. I hope to see you there.

Please wear comfortable clothing.
Mats and blankets are provided, and you’re welcome to bring your own for extra warmth.
If you tend to get cold, bring a sweater or shawl.
This is a small, intimate circle with only 10 spots, so please reserve your place in advance.
Price: Rs 1000 per person. Please pay in cash.
