Open Floor is een vorm van vrije dans.
Een combinatie van beweging, dans, mindfulness en expressie.

Al bewegend en dansend kom je in lijf.
We dansen alleen en samen. De helft van de avond is begeleid, de andere helft is vrij dansen. Iedere avond heeft een ander thema, zoals Gronden, Activeren & Settelen, Centeren. Het is ook gewoon
plezier, spelen en lekker dansen!!!!
