About this event

In the 6 sessions of this Movement Lab Trajectory you explore new approaches to moving and making contact with your body. In the first half of the series you will dive into the structures of your bones and joints, and explore how this can inspire and expand your movements. In the second half, we start playing, relating to movement through your breath, muscles and skin to find new qualities and more freedom in movement.

All sessions are infused with classic Explore elements that help you ground and release tension, like shaking and self-massage. Like this, your moving can come from a place of playfulness and curiosity.

- Week 1: Meet your bones - Head and spine exploration

- Week 2: Meet your bones - Lower body exploration

- Week 3: Meet your bones - Shoulder girdle and arm exploration

- Week 4: Give texture with your muscles

- Week 5: Move in your skin

- Week 6: Flow with you breath

To make sure we get the chance to deepen our understanding and expand our movement vocabulary together, all the sessions build onto each. It is, therefore, only possible to join the trajectory as a whole.
