Wat is Tantrische Dans?
Tantrische Dans is een improvisatiedans waarbij de ene leidt (de mannelijke energie) en de ander volgt (de vrouwelijke energie). De volger is blinddoekt en wordt volledig geleid. Zowel mannen als vrouwen kunnen één van de twee rollen kiezen.
Tantrische Dans biedt de mogelijkheid om te experimenteren met beide energieën en vrij te dansen terwijl je contact maakt met elkaar.
Tantrische Dans is niet alleen heel leuk, het brengt ook veel voor je:
- Ervaar jezelf vrijer en speelser bij intiem contact / in jouw leven;
- Voel je levensenergie intenser stromen;
- Vind een balans tussen mannelijke en vrouwelijke energieën;
- Ontdek je grenzen en leer ze op een speelse manier te communiceren;
- Geniet nog meer van de verbinding en intiem contact.

Verloop van de avond:
We dansen in verschillende formaten: soms alleen of in groep maar voornamelijk met een partner die telkens veranderd. Het accent ligt op het ontdekken van je Aanwezigheid, je (energetische) Sensitiviteit. We stimuleren je bewustzijnsproces met betrekking tot intiem contact en genot van aanraken.
Praktisch:
We dansen op blote voeten.
Begin fris en schoon!
Geen parfum aub, maar wel kauwgom.
Flexibele danskleding en een drinkfles voor water.
De avond wordt geleid door Dylan Bonny en zal in het Engels gegeven worden.

What is Tantric Dance?
Tantric Dance is an improvisation dance where one leads (masculine energy) and the other one follows (feminine energy). The follower is blindfolded and is entirely led. Both men and women can choose any of the two roles.
Tantric Dance allows one to experiment with both energies and dance freely while enjoying contact with one another.
Tantric Dance is not only a lot of fun, but it also brings a lot to you:
- experience yourself more free and playful when connecting intimately in life;
- you will feel your life energy flowing more intensely;
- you will find a balance between masculine and feminine energies;
- you will discover your boundaries and learn to communicate them in a playful way;
- enjoy even more the connection and intimate contact.
Come with an open and curious attitude! And be sure that we will hold a safe space for all of you to have the most amazing experience!
The flow of the evening:
We dance in various formats: sometimes alone, often with a partner, and sometimes with the whole group. The focus lies in discovering your Presence, your (energetic) Sensitivity. We stimulate your awareness process with regard to intimate contact, and enjoyment that comes with the touch.
Practical details:
Wear comfortable clothes that will allow you to move freely. We dance with bare feet.
Bring a bottle of water.
Start fresh and clean!
No perfume please, neutral deodorant is allowed.
chewing gum or mint is welcome.
The evening will be led by Dylan Bonny and will be given in English.
