About this event

Indien je nooit deelnam bij mij kan je gratis ontdekken wat ik te bieden heb. We komen samen om te verbinden. In deze cirkel ligt de focus op adem en meditatie. We verkennen verschillende ademhalings en mediatietechnieken. We activeren ons zelfhelend vermogen via ons HART, onze ADEM, onze STEM, ons BEKKEN en zo met ons hele ZIJN. We verbinden met de vrede in onszelf.
Heb je zin om te 'ont-dekken' en te 'ont-wikkelen' wie je werkelijk bent, dan ben je helemaal welkom op deze cirkel. Tijd voor zelfzorg.
Uw bijdrage: kennismakingssessie: gratis, losse sessie 15 euro of via jouw beurtenkaart
Mee te brengen: warme sokken of kledij, zaken die jouw comfort verhogen, jouw unieke zelf
