About this event
‘From the inside out’ is a Therapy in Motion workshop, a combination of psychological frameworks with embodied movement.
When we feel safe (enough), we are able to face life. We feel flexible, creative, open to change… we feel safe within ourselves and in connection with others. The moment we are triggered, we lose these capacities.
In this workshop we will focus on our own sense of feeling safe enough and how we can move through our daily life with more capacity and resilience.
Learn to identify your personal boundaries and move from limitation to growth.
Develop practical skills to expand your capacity for handling life's inevitable struggles with greater ease and confidence.
Learn when to use up-regulation or down-regulation as a resource.
Whether you're someone interested in deepening your connection to your body and inner sense of safety, or a mental health professional looking to expand your toolkit, this workshop is for you. The workshop is open to all.
Hester Hudig, Masha Kozlovskaya & Griet Verstraete
are all experienced therapists, Open Floor Movement Teachers and Open Floor Therapy-in-Motion practitioners. They are passionate about the conflation of Psychology and Embodied Movement, finding it creates a bigger sense of safety, understanding and expansion of living a balanced life.
