TANTRIC DANCE & ECSTATIC DANCE
Tantric Dance wordt gegeven door Rakesh Mijling (oprichter van Tantric Dance) en zijn partner Elfriede. DJ Rakesh neemt je daarna verder mee in een Ecstatic Dance reis, waar je verder kan ontdekken in jezelf en met elkaar in verbinding via de dans.
Bij Tantric Dance gaat het om leren in overgave te dansen (je laten leiden) en anderzijds de leiding te nemen in de dans. Deze afwisseling van rollen opent een heel nieuw bewustzijn in jou. Mag je spelen, mag je ontdekken in bewegingen? Juist als je het lastig vindt om je over te geven, is deze vorm een ultieme manier om daarin te oefenen. Als je geleid wordt door een ander, heb je een blinddoek om. Zodat je mag gaan voelen en ervaren hoe het is om de controle los te laten binnen de veiligheid van het veld. Ga je leiden dan (be)geleidt je de ander in bewegingen naar plekken waar ze wellicht nog nooit geweest zijn. Verruiming van je comfortzone, verruiming van je bewustzijn. Een speelse, open en liefdevolle manier om contact te maken met jezelf en in verbinding. Alles met kleding aan.

We dansen op blote voeten, zonder woorden, in onze eigen energie (dus geen koffie, alcohol of drugs) en met respect voor en in afstemming met elkaar.
Er is gratis thee en water met natuurlijke smaakjes. Handig om je eigen afsluitbare waterfles mee te nemen.
De workshop Tantric Dance, als ook de Ecstatic Dance, is voor singles, stellen, iedereen. Je kan alleen komen of samen. Reservering is niet nodig, maar wel aan te raden. Bij een online kaartje kopen ben je zeker van een plekje. Je kan ook ter plekke betalen (cash geld wordt geprefereerd). Toegang voor deze avond is € 22 (voor workshop en Ecstatic Dance).
Geen resitutie van inschrijfgeld en doorschuiven niet mogelijk.
De locatie is schoenenvrij, stilte vanaf binnenkomst in de hallen en in de dansruimte. Als je wilt praten, kan dat in de chill out ruimte.

Parkeren kan gratis in de omgeving. Houd rekening met een stukje lopen ivm de afgesloten parkeerplaats waar niet meer op geparkeerd kan worden.

TANTRIC DANCE & ECSTATIC DANCE
Tantric Dance is taught by Rakesh Mijling (founder of Tantric Dance) and his partner Elfriede. DJ Rakesh will then take you on an Ecstatic Dance journey,
where you can discover more about yourself and each other in connection through dance.
Tantric Dance is about learning to dance in surrender (to let yourself be led) and on the other hand to take the lead in the dance. This alternation of roles
opens up a whole new awareness in you. Are you allowed to play, are you allowed to discover in movements? Especially if you find it difficult to surrender,
this form is an ultimate way to practice. If you are led by someone else, you are blindfolded. So that you can feel and experience what it is like to let go of
control within the safety of the field. If you lead, you guide the other person in movements to places they may never have been before. Expanding your
comfort zone, expanding your consciousness. A playful, open and loving way to connect with yourself and connect. Everything with clothes on.

We dance barefoot, without words, in our own energy (so no coffee, alcohol or drugs) and with respect for and in tune with each other.
There is free tea and water with natural flavours. Handy to bring your own sealable water bottle.
The Tantric Dance workshop, as well as the Ecstatic Dance, is for singles, couples, everyone. You can come alone or together. Reservations are not necessary,
but are recommended. When you buy a ticket online, you are assured of a spot. You can also pay on the spot (cash is preferred). Admission for this evening
is € 22 (for workshop and Ecstatic Dance).
No refund of registration fee and no transfer possible.
The location is shoe-free, silence from the entrance in the halls and in the dance room. If you want to talk, you can do so in the chill out room.
