✨ Imagine a floor filled only with seasoned barefoot dancers—tantric by nature, soft, open, soul-attuned—moving vitally as one living organism, pulsating and playing together. ✨
Ecstatic Dance has spread across the world, mixing curious beginners with devoted movers. As an advanced dancer, you know, you remember. We have danced, danced, and danced! But for many of us, it is time to deepen the experience. That’s why this night is different: a gathering for advanced dancers only—those who have woven dance into every part of their lives, touched the depths of soul-contact in tantric spaces, and are ready for something new.
You’re invited to a “Be Danced” Edition of Dancers in Tantra. We’ll weave a tribal ritual dance, a tantric dance journey, and a full ecstatic dance set—introduced with a cacao ceremony and held in a brand-new location and (almost) coincidentally also the 100.000th event on Hipsy! 🎉

🎧 Ecstatic Dance Set
DJ Vanagon (Marco), one of our frequent dancers with incredible DJ skills, returns! After the magic of April, we are delighted to welcome him back tonight. Expect a full journey of pure, wild movement—unlayered, unbound, sometimes extreme. Free of unspoken rules, where dance becomes devotion. Together, we hold the space.

A bizarrely beautiful new super large dance space just outside Amsterdam. Extraordinary sound, an incredible wooden dance floor, radiating tantric presence and shamanic depth. A heavenly temple for dancers, ready to be unveiled.

Note: the venue is hard to reach by public transport. Carpooling is best. Parking is available in front of the building.

We believe that tantra begins with embodiment—and that the most powerful way to grow embodiment is through dance. Founder, organizer and lead facilitator Erwin van Lun embarked on a mystical journey through dance fifteen years ago, exploring its depths with passion, playfulness, and pleasure. His workshops, rooted in dance, tantra, and shamanism, invite people to dissolve inner barriers and step into authentic connection.
As our community of like-minded spirits gathers regularly, Dancers in Tantra is becoming a fertile ground for friendships, deep connections, and even passionate long-lasting relationships.

This dance is part of our Dancers in Tantra journey. All our members share this background—that’s what creates the magic on the dance floor, and in our advanced tantra temples as well.
